Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha FPO

 

KATHMANDU: Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is making arrangements to give further open contributions (FPO).

 
The organization has recorded an application at the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), an administrative group of Securities Markets in Nepal, looking for consent to give 1,289,259 units of FPO. 

When the authorization is truly, the organization will give 1,289,259 units of FPO worth NRs 162, 282,436 at the pace of NRs 125 for each unit. 

The settled up capital of the organization will arrive at 522,600,000 after the issuance of FPO. 

Rating organization CARE Ratings Nepal Ltd. has appraised as two fold B short. Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the issue chief.
