Jamchen Vijaya Stupa is a recently constructed excellent landmark on the highest point of Budhanilkantha Hill. From the top, you can see the all-encompassing perspective on Kathmandu Valley. 

The stupa is open for guests from 8:00 A.M – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 P.M. But due to COVID-19 we found it closed a week ago when we visited there. The way to reach there is a bit troublesome, yet the last objective will cause you to feel awesome.

How to arrive at Jamchen Vijaya Stupa?

First, you all need to arrive at Budhanilkantha School which is at Budhanilkantha you can get a public bus from Ratnapark, Chakrapath, or any other main places of Kathmandu.

 when you reach Budhanilkantha school go forward and you will find a bridge will small river follow the riverside road climbing upwards and climb up will find a road with instructions to reach there.

Remember you have to hike to reach there if you haven't got your own cars or bikes.

It’ll take around 1 – 1.5 hrs to reach the top.
