Manjushree Finance announces bumper dividend

Manjushree Finance (@ MFIL @) has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year's earnings.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Finance held on 24 December decided to distribute a total of 46 percent dividend to the shareholders by giving 40 percent bonus and 6 percent cash including tax.

The proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of NRB and approval of the next general meeting of Finance.
